Q Series Stepper Driver Manual (2-phase & 3-phase)
Q series 2-phase & 3-phase stepper driver is the latest all-digital stepper driver. It uses servo control theory and the most optimized control calculation. It has no concepts of “beat” and “subdivision” of the traditional driver. No matter how many steps are set, the motor current is always the accurate sine current instead of current step. That is why the stepper motor h as the best performance, stability, and low-speed mute and extremely low heat productivity. The following are current waveform pictures of Q series driver and division driver tested under the same condition. Pictures are taken by the oscilloscope without any amendment.

The model is specially used for cutting machine and router. One QZtr-2H607A is the combination of 3 pieces of QZ-2H606A. Its parameters and performance are completely same as QZ-2H606A. It is small and it’s easy to install and connect wires. Its price is lower. It works perfectly with our CNC cutting controllers. It has no DIP switch. Parameters are set in the controller. The controller can control the driver. |
